Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 June 2026
By using She Still Lives Here, you're agreeing to these terms. We've tried to write them in plain English rather than dense legal language, while still being a real, binding agreement.
What this service is
She Still Lives Here is a digital self-rediscovery workbook. Chapters one and two, along with the daily check-in, are free to use. Full access to all nine chapters plus the bonus chapter, including personal AI-generated reflections after each session, is available for a one-time payment of £19.99.
Your account
You need an account to save your progress and unlock full access. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for any activity that happens under your account. This service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Payment and refunds
Full access is a one-time payment of £19.99, processed securely through Stripe. This unlocks chapters three through nine permanently for your account, there's no subscription and nothing recurring.
You're entitled to a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After that window, purchases are final. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your purchase details.
Acceptable use
This service is for your own personal reflection and use. Please don't attempt to copy, redistribute, or republish the chapter content, share your account access with others, or use the service in any way that could harm or disrupt it for other users.
Your content
What you write in your journal entries belongs to you. We don't claim any ownership over it, and we don't use it for anything beyond generating your personal AI reflection, as described in our Privacy Policy.
About the AI reflections
The reflections you receive are generated by an AI system based on what you write. They're intended to support your own self-reflection, offered in the spirit of a thoughtful, gentle response, not as professional advice of any kind.
This is not therapy
She Still Lives Here is a self-reflection tool, not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or professional mental health support. If you're struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional, your GP, or a service like Samaritans (116 123, free, 24 hours) is a good place to start. We care about the people using this, and we want you to have real support alongside it, not instead of it.
Intellectual property
All chapter content, branding, and design on this site belong to She Still Lives Here. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the content for your own reflection, not a right to copy, resell, or distribute it.
Limitation of liability
We've built this with care, but we provide the service as is, without guaranteeing it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for personal injury caused by negligence.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a significant change, we'll let existing users know by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
